Utilizing Analytics to Design

This is a collection of experience refinements achieved through the utilization of analytics dashboards I developed. These dashboards enable the discovery of user friction within experiences managed by my team.

I adopt a collaborative approach to prioritization, presenting these findings to product managers, software architects, and engineers. Together, we identify and agree upon the most valuable enhancements requiring the least effort.
